Hallsford is the latest in the growing list of local Cumbrian food suppliers joining the catering operation - and the big ‘Coming Home’ celebration game against Colchester United on 7 August 2021 will mark their league debut at the ground.

Their excellent reputation for fantastic farm produce has enabled Hallsford to enter event catering and, we’re pleased to say, subsequently team up with the club.
They are already well known to fans and are seen at many events all over Cumbria, selling their own farm produced foods such as burgers, sausages and roasts.
Their farm is stocked with Shorthorn beef, and rare and traditional breeds of sheep and pigs. They believe in ensuring the animals come from high welfare, sustainable farming systems.
Burgers and sausages are hand-made on the farm and they source their bread from More Bakery in Kendal. Hallsford also uses local relishes such as Honey Cumberland Mustard in Alston and Claire’s Handmade based in Wigton.
They will supply a true taste of our lovely Cumbrian local artisan products.
Chief executive Nigel Clibbens said: “We want to offer our fans top quality local food and we are pleased Hallsford are the latest business to become part of that.”
