We are pleased to announce that Cumbrian Tea has joined the growing group of official suppliers to the club’s new in-house catering operation.
Following on from today’s announcement that McCalls Bakers and Confectioners has become our Official Pie Supplier, we can now confirm that Cumbrian Tea will be our Official Tea Supplier.
Co-founder Mark Cant said: “Cumbrian Tea are proud to provide environmentally friendly, ethically sourced ‘Ramblers Brew’ tea to Carlisle United.
“We’re looking forward to working together to reach new heights, quenching the thirst of the supporters along the way.”
Chief executive Nigel Clibbens said: “We’re delighted to have another respected local supplier join us as we continue with the relaunch of the club’s catering operation.
“A lot of work is going on behind the scenes with John Watt & Son to bring things together.
"We had our first successful Father’s Day lunch on Sunday, and in the coming weeks there will be further announcements as more new developments are confirmed.”
